Last weekend, the Sheriff's office in Washington County, Oregon, announced via Facebook that it had made one of their "weirdest DUII (Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants)" arrests ever. And at Taco Bell of all places!
It all went down at a TB drive-thru last week when 23-year-old Elianna Anguilar-Anguilar was caught pouring Hennessy into the mouth of an employee. According to WSMV, the employee later told police that most of the cognac just spilled on him and never actually made it into his mouth.
If you're wondering exactly how Anguilar-Anguilar got caught, the answer is disappointingly simple. It turns out that there was a police sergeant waiting in line right behind her. Yep. That's it. This was not a dramatic pour and run-type situation. Something tells me that this girl just DGAF.
Soon after Anguilar-Anguilar and her two accompanying passengers finished ordering, the sergeant immediately pulled them over and arrested her on the suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Once she was booked and her blood alcohol content (BAC) was tested, it was clear that the officer's suspicions hadn't gone unfounded; homegirl blew a .12 percent BAC (the legal limit is 0.08 percent).
As silly as all of this was, we do have questions. Firstly, was Anguilar-Anguilar the only one to get in trouble? Also, how much trouble did she get in? What happened to the passengers? Did anyone in this situation end up getting their food? Weren't they all starving? I guess we'll never know.
