There is a place called the Puri Garden Hotel & Hostel, and it's about to change your life. Located in Ubud, Bali, this Indonesian getaway will let you play with puppies, practice yoga, and indulge in delicious fresh fruits and vegetables for free. Plus, room prices start at just $22 (~310,000 Indonesian rupiah) per night and go up to $69 (~980,000 Indonesian rupiah) max. Yup. Dreams do come true.
Let's break down this stroke of vacation genius. First, we must discuss the puppies. Puri Garden works with the Bali Dog Association to rescue dogs off the streets of Indonesia; they then bring some of them to the hotel for a bi-weekly therapy session. According to Business Insider, the sessions take place from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday, so you'll have plenty of time to get (and give) some puppy love!
When you're done with that little adventure, you'll be able to attend free daily yoga classes.
Last but definitely not least: the food. Breakfast is included in your hotel fee, and from the pictures we've seen, it's nothing short of stunning. Between the chia seed pudding, the macrobiotic veggie bowls, and the banana pancakes, you're not going to know what to do with yourself.
On top of all of that, there are free daily massages, manis, pedis, and movie nights. People, if you leave this hotel not having lived your best life, you did something wrong. I'm not sorry.
The only downside here is, well, Bali is at least 8,000 miles away from the U.S. (and that's if you're traveling from the west coast), which means that flights are definitely not cheap. Still, the hostel has a 9.6 rating on Hostel World, so Puri Garden is clearly worth it.
