Khloé Kardashian is no stranger to criticism, particularly when it comes to her body (and dieting). Aside from her questionable promotion of Flat Tummy teas and shakes, though, she's worked hard to get her revenge bod and abs, and her nutritionist Philip Goglia has helped to keep her on track when it comes to a healthy diet.
Since making the same healthy meal options exciting is his job, he shared a few of his go-to tips for switching things up with PEOPLE, highlighting the fact that it's important to "Experiment with different unrefined sugars and herbs to lightly baste filets of fish like salmon, black cod, and sea bass."
Because fish is such a staple in Khloé's routine, making it so she doesn't get tired of it when eating it so frequently is an absolute must. One of the GOOD AMERICAN founder's favorite ways to do so, PEOPLE also reports, is to cook up some of Philip's Maple Salmon with Spinach and Asparagus (yes, it's his recipe).
This recipe calls for maple syrup, garlic, ponzu sauce, lemon juice, salmon, some veggies, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Together, this dish—which takes approximately 50 minutes to make, but 10 minutes to actively prepare—gives your traditional salmon meal a little something extra.
Packed with 51 grams of protein, Philip's recipe ends up having 433 calories per serving, 17 grams of fat, 856 milligrams of sodium, 14 grams of carbs, 2 grams of fiber, and 10 grams of sugar.
