In preparation for summer, Whole Foods hosted a rosé sale last month with bottles and bottles of cheap pink vino. It was glorious! It was great—so great, in fact, they're slashing prices on a bunch more bottles right now. We're talking red, white, and sparkling, too.
Much like the rosé sale, which ended May 28 btw, the featured bottles are all hand-selected by the chain's Master Sommelier Devon Broglie. And luckily for us, the promotion debuted just one day following the other's conclusion. So there is so much wine...for sale...RIGHT NOW.
Of the 12 wines selected, Crucible Red Blend and Vacanze Prosecco are among the cheapest; they're priced at just eight bucks. And though the collection's most expensive offering, the Grace Hale Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc, is retailing for $19, that's a deal. It's typically in the $20-plus range.
"We've got a great lineup of summer wines on sale that we know shoppers are going to love, including a few of our most popular and fastest growing brands," Broglie said in a statement.
His number one pick? Their $14 Holy Snail Sauvignon Blanc. It's "a perfect summer wine that appeals to classic French and New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc drinkers alike," he added. "It was previously so well received that stores sold through thousands of cases, so we made sure to order plenty more."
Here are some additional faves to watch out for:
- Monterustico Bianco—$14
- Santa Julia Torrontes del Mercado—$13
- Cloudveil Rosé—$12
- OTWC Pinot Noir—$17
- Pool Boy Rouge (1L)—$12
- Crucible Red Blend—$9
- FitVine Cabernet Sauvignon—$15
- Grace Hale Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc—$19
- Vacanze Prosecco—$9
- Presto Lambrusco (4 pack of cans)—$13
The sale ends July 30, so you have two full months of low-priced wine purchases. Cheers to that!
