Aldi is bringing back its coveted $7.99 Côtes de Provence Rosé beginning May 8. So whether you're planning a Mother's Day brunch, toasting to the weekend, or desperately trying to kick summer off early, YOU. ARE. SET.

In case you're late to the party and didn't know about this less than $8 bottle of wine, it first launched in the U.K. back in 2016 and came to the United States (bless) the following year. While it's definitely not the only affordable bottle of wine on the market, Côtes de Provence impressively sold out insanely quickly in both 2017 and 2018.

The good news? Because of how popular it has proven to be over the last couple of years, Aldi ordered an even bigger supply of it this year. Even better? There is no restriction on how many bottles of it you can buy this year. So you'll want to STOCK UP because if the last few years are any indication, supplies won't last long.

According to Aldi's site, this French Rosé "delivers delicate yet intense flavors of strawberry and white fruit aromas, with a subtle quartzy spice," and it's particularly delicious if paired with grilled fish or salad.
