Calling all vegetarians and those who are trying to cut back on their meat consumption! Burger King is testing out an Impossible Whopper that is 100% beefless and 100% delicious.

Beginning on April 1, Burger King will have the Impossible Whopper on the menu in 59 locations in and around St. Louis, Missouri. The plant-based patty is topped with sliced tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, and sliced white onions on a toasted sesame bun, according to a press release. So the only difference between the Impossible Whopper and a regular Whopper is the patty.

Never heard of the Impossible Burger patty? It comes from Impossible Foods, a company that makes nonmeat, plant-based products. It allows consumers to get their meat fix by “making meat using plants, so that we never have to use animals again,” according to its mission. The new version of the patty is made primarily of water, soy protein concentrate, coconut oil, sunflower oil, and natural flavors.

The Impossible Whopper will be at the select Burger King locations for a limited time. Anyone down for a road trip to St. Louis?
