Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen always has us covered when we're craving something salty—fried chicken, helllllllooo? Now, the chain is offering a new dessert for when you need something sweet after all that salt. The new Banana Pudding Parfait taps into Popeyes' southern heritage, and it looks SO good.
According to a Popeyes representative, the Banana Pudding is available on menus nationwide for a limited time. It has a "buttery vanilla cookie crumb crust," and it's topped with sweet, creamy banana pudding and "lightly whipped cream." To top things off, there is a whole vanilla wafer cookie and butter vanilla cookie crumbs.
I mean, I may be making a special trip to Popeyes just for dessert. Fried chicken + banana pudding does sound like a sinfully good combo, though!
