According to People, Antoni in the Kitchen is filled with 100 recipes "that draw from his various experiences and his Polish heritage." Antoni told the outlet that he'd never really written recipes down. While filming the third season of Queer Eye, he worked during the day and during breaks would jot down the recipe. Then, at home, he'd whip up the dish to try it.

Writing the cookbook was a "very personal" experience for Antoni, he told People. "My brilliant editor told me to treat this like an autobiography, and look back on your life and look at the recipes that you ate. It takes me down this nostalgic trail of my life through food, basically." The most personal recipe of the 100 featured in the book is Bigos, Antoni said. Bigos is a polish stew that's made with cabbage, sauerkraut, and kielbasa.

Antoni posted a video on Instagram revealing the cover of the cookbook. The caption says, "I hope that you enjoy this collection of recipes that have shaped me into the person I am. From Polish classics revisited, dishes I make for friends and loved ones, recipes that never made it to final eps of Queer Eye, weeknight healthyish options, to the desserts inspired by the wonderful people in my life I am oh so very grateful to know and love."

Though he tends to encourage people on the show to cook healthy options, Antoni's cookbook isn't necessarily geared toward the most nutritious recipes. "I love all kinds of animal fats, and this book really is the other side of me," Antoni told People. "It's the Antoni during the weekends when I really want to have people over and make like a beautiful pasta dish or a really nice, hearty stew."

Well, we can't wait. You can pre-order Antoni in the Kitchen now. September can't come soon enough!
