Walt Disney World debuted their latest over-the-top confection—the Spring Fantasy Cotton Candy—at Epcot's annual Flower & Garden Festival earlier this month and people are already Instagramming it like wild. The trend, which originated in China, not only garnered major IG fame for its magical five layer flower aesthetic, but also for the near-hypnotizing process of how it's made.
While it's currently advertised on the China Pavilion's Lotus House menu, we're not entirely sure how long the treat will be sticking around. The festival, which celebrates the season's blooming gardens, runs through June 3, so hopefully you'll have until then to snag the sweet.
If you're down to take on all five layers, the Spring Fantasy Cotton Candy will cost you 15 bucks, though there are smaller versions that are available for less. According to Disney Food Blog, despite the multi-color look, each layer has the same classic cotton candy flavor. Meanwhile, we can't stop watching videos of how they're made. See? The spinning is mesmerizing!
In February, Magic Kingdom made waves of its own after the park's Disney-themed Dole Whip Cones quickly went viral. The mango, lemon, and raspberry-flavored soft serve were all inspired by different franchise films, including Up, Moana, and Tangled.
Well. Time for another trip to Disney.
