It's officially March, and although the weather has *yet* to catch on to the changing season, I'm personally ready to embrace spring. Apparently, so is Baskin-Robbins because the beloved ice cream chain just released their flavor of the month—the Blueberry Muffin—and it sounds like our new go-to for warm weather.

Crafted with swirls of blueberry pieces and a blueberry ribbon, the new scoops are an innovative take on the sweet, fruit-filled breakfast favorite. It's also not the only update the company is rolling out for spring. Milkshake Mixology is returning so that customers can combine different menu items into one shake. And while it's totally customizable, BR has a lineup of pre-picked mixes: the Very Berry Muffin, Creamsicle, Brookie, and Strawberry Shortcake.

"Our menu this month is all about shaking things up, whether it be a spin on breakfast for dessert with our new Blueberry Muffin flavor or giving our guests the chance to create new milkshake flavors no one has ever dreamed of before,” vice president of marketing at Baskin-Robbins, Carol Austin said in a statement. "At the same time, we’re also ready to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with our tried and true green favorites Mint Chocolate Chip and Pistachio Almond!"

The brand is also already planning two in-store events. On Sunday, March 3 Baskin-Robbins will be giving out free samples of the featured Milkshake Mixology flavors. On March 31, you can pick up regular and kid-sized scoops for $1.70 or pre-packaged quarts for $7.99.
