If you're still on the hunt for a favorite healthier ice cream option, Talenti has a new Organics line for you to consider. Talenti Organic—which launches today, January 29—is starting its new collection off with four flavors, all of which are made entirely with certified-organic ingredients.

The flavors run the gamut from sweet to savory, with both chocolate and vanilla options, plus a unique ginger matcha gelato. The latter is made with, you guessed it, green tea and ginger, steeped in organic cream and blended with Japanese Matcha. It tastes just like the tea, so if that's your go-to coffee shop order, it won't disappoint.

The Oak-Aged Vanilla Gelato sounds, well, vanilla, but it definitely tastes different from your standard pint. It's made with organic, slow-cooked Madagascan vanilla gelato and editors noted it certainly tastes oak-y. The Chocolate Mousse Gelato was a favorite, and uses organic dark chocolate whipped with egg for a fluffy, mousse-like texture. There are swirls of fudge, too, which is always a bonus in my book.

The fourth new Organic flavor, Brown Butter Caramel Gelato, swirls buttery dulce de leche into caramel gelato. If you like Talenti's Sea Salt Caramel or Caramel Cookie Crunch flavors, you'll be a fan.

Last but not least, there's a new flavor added to the "Crafted With Less Sugar" line. Lemon Bar, which should absolutely be turned into ice cream more often, if you ask me, is made by steeping gelato in lemon zest with tangy lemon curd and shortbread bits. In order to lower the sugar content, Talenti sweetens this gelato with monk fruit juice.
