Lobster fiends, your favorite time of year is upon us. Starting Monday, January 28, Red Lobster's annual Lobsterfest is back, and the restaurant is celebrating with several new dishes, plus the return of some favorites.
In case you need a refresher, here's how the seafood fest goes: There are several lobster-centric entrees to choose from, all of which come with your choice of salad and unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits (🙌) . Some come with a side, too, like broccoli or mashed potatoes. Red Lobster added a new, cheesy seasonal side for Lobsterfest, plus two limited-time cocktails. It's a lot of food, so come hungry.

New Dishes
Lobster In Paradise: The plate above features crispy coconut Maine lobster tail, Maine lobster meat and shrimp in a pineapple beurre blanc sauce, and a chili-ginger grilled shrimp skewer, and is served with rice and a choice of side.
Ultimate Lobsterfest Surf and Turf: Last year, the surf and turf option came with a choice of three meats; this year, they're sticking with wood-grilled sirloin, served with three kinds of lobster, mashed potatoes, and a side.
RL Signature Creamy Lobster Alfredo: Following up last year's Truffle Lobster Mac and Cheese is a pasta dish that sounds just as decadent—lobster, tomatoes, and linguini in a creamy garlic Alfredo sauce.
Cauliflower Au Gratin: This new side layers creamy garlic Parmesan sauce and toast panko crumbs over roasted cauli.
Returning Faves
Coming back to menus this year are classics like the Lobster Lover's Dream (two kinds of lobster and lobster and shrimp linguini), the Ultimate Feast (lobster, crab, shrimp scampi, AND Walt's Favorite Shrimp), Lobster-Topped Tilapia, Seaport Lobster and Shrimp, and the Classic Surf and Turf, which comes with one lobster tail and wood-grilled sirloin.
Boozy Additions
In honor of Lobsterfest, there are two new cocktails on the menu. The Lobster Lover's Punch mixes Captain Morgan, Bacardi and Malibu rums, and berry and pineapple juices, and comes in a Lighthouse Glass you get to take home. The Tropical White Sangria mixes Barefoot Moscato, pineapple and mango juices, and a splash of Sprite. Watch your back, Applebee's.
