Carrie Underwood is now a mom to two boys! The country star just welcomed her second son with husband Mike Fisher on January 21, 2019. The singer announced the happy news on Instagram two days later.

"Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday," Carrie captioned sweet photos of the infant. "His mom, dad and big brother couldn’t be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle! Our hearts are full, our eyes are tired and our lives are forever changed. Life is good..."

The new baby joins big brother Isaiah Michael, age 3, making the Fisher family four strong. Carrie announced she was pregnant at the beginning of August 2018 and revealed she would be going on her Cry Pretty 360 tour the following spring.

While hosting the 2018 Country Music Association Awards, Carrie confirmed on stage that she was having another boy. That same night, Taylor Dye of Maddie & Tae, one of Carrie's openers on her upcoming tour, let it slip that the baby was due in the month of January.

Leading up to the birth, Carrie shared sweet snapshots of her oldest child snuggling her baby bump.

"Kicking off 2019 right," she captioned a cute picture posted on New Year's Day. "Me and my boys cuddled up watching a movie. Yes, I'm wearing Mike's shirt."

And when her stomach grew so big that she couldn't reach her own shoes, she uploaded a video of her two guys lending a hand.

As Carrie shared in an emotional interview with CBS Sunday Morning, the happy news of her pregnancy came after some heartbreak: She suffered three miscarriages in the last two years, in addition to the fall that seriously injured her face. Now, she's looking forward to moving on with her growing family.

Congratulations, Carrie!
