According to American College of Sports Medicine exercise physiologist Jim White, the "occasional indulgence is one of the keys to succeeding" at your diet. Even better? The donut chain is coming out with a new collection that chocolate fans will find hard to resist. Starting Monday, four classic donuts are being "choco-fied," as Krispy Kreme calls it. The Chocolate Glaze Collection, in stores from January 14 to January 27, includes these four flavors:
Chocolate Glazed Cake Batter Donut: The chocolate version of the Cake Batter Donut, meaning it's made with a chocolate donut filled with cake batter, glazed in chocolate, dipped in chocolate icing and topped with sprinkles.
Chocolate Glazed Raspberry Filled Donut: A chocolate donut covered with chocolate glaze, filled with raspberry and topped with a red icing swirl.
Double Chocolate Glazed Kreme Filled Donut: Like the Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled Donut, but with a chocolate donut covered in chocolate glaze, filled with white Kreme and decorated with white icing.
And finally, the big kahuna, the Chocolate Glazed Oreo Cookies and Kreme Donut: A chocolate donut filled with cookies and kreme filling, dipped in chocolate icing and topped with Oreo cookie pieces and chocolate icing.
