I'd wager most people would agree with me on this statement: Cream cheese frosting is the BEST part of red velvet cake. This holiday treat wraps cocoa-flavored red velvet cake around a log of Creole cream-cheese flavored ice cream. Baskin describes the flavor, available by the scoop, too, as a creamy, rich cream cheese flavored ice cream with a Cajun flair.
