The most impressive feat during Sunday night's Milwaukee Bucks game did not take place on the court, nor did it have anything to do with basketball. No, the hero was a 35-year-old mom, toddler in her arms, Cheesehead hat on tight, standing in the bleachers. She made no trick shots. She didn't even answer any trivia questions about basketball. Cheese lovers, fromage fanatics—get a load of this: The woman named 27 different types of cheese in a measly 30 seconds.

She is our hero, and, now she is yours.

But let's back up: Jamie Kiesl of Mequon, WI, didn't just shout her love of cheese from the stands and wait for a newscaster to meet her—although we wouldn't put that past a Wisconsinite. She was approached with a challenge to beat Bucks player Sterling Brown's attempt to name as many cheeses as possible in 30 seconds. Sterling listed off 17 in a pre-recorded segment—a number that paled in comparison to Jamie's.

Her genius seemed to come in waves. She'd rattle of five cheeses in a row, then draw a blank for a few seconds before naming off another handful. A video posted to the Milwaukee Bucks official Twitter account starter part of the way through Jamie's triumph, and it only caught 17 of the cheeses she listed before the buzzer cut her off: Havarti, American, asiago, mascarpone, buffalo, smoked, Swiss, cream cheese, string cheese, cottage cheese, brie, feta, goat, muenster, Colby Jack, Colby, pepper Jack.

Fellow cheese lovers did what anyone beaming with pride for their brethren would do: They freaked TF out, and shared the video, which already has more than 700,000 views.

Just a friendly reminder that knowledge is power. Use it wisely (and to win the respect of your peers on Twitter).
