For those who haven't made the trip to try the dessert (Firstly, wut? Secondly, why?), the hot chocolate is unlike any other on the planet.

It's been around for about as long as the restaurant has been (~65 years) and is made of 14 different cocoas, which are then blended with milk and ice and topped with whipped cream. Finally, the whole gorgeous chocolate mess is topped with luxurious shaved chocolate.

Per the prettttty pint's description, the ice cream version of the drink will be "hot chocolate-flavored ice cream with whipped cream swirl and chocolate shavings." It will reportedly be available in 7Elevens in New York as early as next week.

The hot chocolate flavor will then roll out nationwide (again, exclusively at 7Elevens) starting in January of 2019. At that time, there will be more flavors from Serendipity 3 selling across the country as well. Some of those flavors, the NYDN reports, are Strawberry Fields Sundae, Forbidden Broadway Sundae, Outrageous Banana Split, Cafe Espresso Chip, and Birthday Cake.

The hot chocolate pint will sell for $6.99 (in the restaurant, the drink goes for $12.95). By that logic, you should probably by two pints. Just, you know, to get the real experience.
