For loyal fans of the McRib, it's been a long eleven months. The iconic sandwich last appeared at participating McDonald's restaurants in November 2017, but the wait is officially over. The rib sandwich is now available at participating locations. You can even order the McRib for McDelivery with Uber Eats. I've never had a McRib, but I would imagine it probably tastes better when eaten from your couch.
According to McDonald's website, the McRib is "a sandwich that has had fans clamoring for more than 35 years." The sandwich is made with seasoned boneless pork, and "slathered" in tangy barbecue sauce. Then, it's topped with slivered onions and tart pickles, and finished off with hoagie-style bun.
McDonald's chef Mike Haracz says he knows that fans of the chain love the limited time classic. "That's why we wanted to bring the McRib to as many fans as possible this year. With the McRib also available via McDelivery on Uber Eats, we're excited to make it more accessible to customers with the speed and convenience they expect from McDonalds."
You can download the McDonald's Finder app to find participating locations (there's more than 9,000!) offering the McRib. On the app, you can also swap McRib-themed stickers, apparently. Get your McRib fix ASAP, since it's only available for a limited time.
