Ore-OH YEAH!!! A spokesperson from Oreo confirmed that the Peppermint Bark Oreos will be hitting shelves nationwide beginning October 29. So, for those of you eager to get the heck out of fall and head right into Christmas, you're in luck. We get to taste the new Peppermint Bark Oreos before Halloween! Make sure to stock up, though, because the flavor is only available for a limited time. Grab them anywhere Oreo cookies are sold.

Santa is really going to love the cookies left out this year, assuming you leave him the new Peppermint Bark Oreos, that is. The limited edition festive twist on everyone's favorite cookie is stuffed with peppermint-flavored creme. There are red "crunchy sugar crystals" in the creme as well, creating a consistency that's likely reminiscent of peppermint bark.
Instagram user @thejunkfoodaisle posted a photo of the new package, which was found at WinCo. The foodie gave Peppermint Bark Oreos 4.6/5 stars. In response to a comment on the post, @thejunkfoodaisle said the Oreos will be "everywhere — Target, Walmart, etc in the next week or two probably."
The cookies are already on Target and Walmart's websites, but are listed as "out of stock" or "not available." Hopefully, as we get closer to the holiday season, the new Oreos will available for purchase in stores and online. On Amazon, there's one seller offering them for $9.99 (not including shipping).
According to another Instagram user, @junkfoodmom, the Oreos will hit shelves on October 29. We've reached out to Oreo for more information regarding the release date and availability, and we will update as we hear back.
