If you grew up in the '90s, the names Angelica, Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, and Lil should most definitely ring a bell. The Rugrats kids were a core part of the peak Nickelodeon years. And while they live on in our childhood memories (who can forget that theme song?!), and in plenty of illegal YouTube videos, they can now become your new drinking buddies, too.
Last week, while wandering through a Washington state Walmart, I spotted some very familiar looking babies in the party supply aisle. The show's core characters, plus Angelica's doll Cynthia and the kiddos favorite dinosaur, Reptar, are featured on four-packs of "unbreakable mini cups." Read: shot glasses. Adorable, $5 shot glasses that I obviously bought.
Also in the party aisle: a very specific green-colored flask (Slime Time Live, baby!) featuring both Rugrats and Hey Arnold characters, plus Ren and Stimpy's titular characters. This guy is $7, and would make for an A+ stocking stuffer or white elephant gift, if I do say so myself.
Less alcohol focused, but still just as fun, is this neon green Nickelodeon-emblazoned mugs with all your faves: The Wild Thornberry's, Cat Dog, Spongebob Squarepants, Hey Arnold, and Rugrats are all represented.
We reached out to Walmart to see which other locations are selling these gems, but have yet to hear back, so you'll have to check your local store to find out. They do have this fun Ren and Stimpy flask available online, though!
