Plenty of people eye-roll at celebs who complain about being persistently followed by paparazzi, but they might change their minds after watching this video from Hilary Duff.

The actress filmed a confrontation she had with a pap who'd been following her all day, writing in her Instagram caption, "This is not ok. I am 9 months pregnant. When people say that’s what you get for signing up to be a celebrity it honestly makes me sick. This is every day of every month and it’s simply not ok. If a non 'celeb' (I’m sorry to use that word) was dealing with this the law would be involved."

In the video, Hilary can be heard politely asking the pap to stop following her: "I'm nine months pregnant, I have the flu, and I've asked you once to leave me alone, can you please stop taking my picture? You're like, hunting me down."

The pap then complains "I didn't get any photos," and she shoots back, "I know, but I feel very uncomfortable."

The most unbelievable part of this whole exchange is that instead of apologizing, the pap says "I lost my whole morning, I didn't get any photos."

Ugh at all of this. No woman—pregnant or otherwise—should be followed around by a strange man trying to take her picture.
