The beloved sitcom The Golden Girls may have ended in 1992, but audiences are still captivated by the antics of Blanche, Dorothy, Rose, and Sophia. And of course, all of the foodies out there were equally captivated by the delicious-looking cheesecake that the ladies often ate while cracking jokes and bonding around their kitchen table. (The women reportedly ate over 100 cheesecakes over the course of the show, because they were truly living their best lives.)

If you've always wanted to chow down like your favorite ladies in Florida, you're in luck. A Golden Girls cookbook is scheduled to be published by Kingswell, an imprint of Disney Publishing. The cookbook will be released in 2020, and will feature recipes inspired by the show. It will also include at least one recipe for chocolate cheesecake.

This isn't the first time Golden Girls has served as food inspiration. In 2017, the Rue La Rue Café was opened by Michael La Rue, a close friend of Rue McClanahan, who played Blanche on the show. As Eater reported, the New York City eatery featured many of McClanahan's personal belongings like her photos, clothing, and even her Emmy.

The bathroom was tiled just like the one in the show, and the café also featured a gold mica chip and glitter floor that Blanche definitely would have approved of.

While celebs like Lin-Manuel Miranda were fans of the Golden Girls-themed restaurant, the Rue La Rue Café was abruptly closed after less than a year. However, we have faith that the new cookbook will more than make up for that loss.
