There are so many reasons to love Carrie Underwood, from her enviable marriage to Mike Fisher (with whom she shares 3-year-old son, Isaiah) to her incredible voice.

And clearly, the country star is just as much of a powerhouse at the gym as she is in the recording studio. When the superstar shared a recent on-stage snapshot, fans flooded the comment section noticing one thing (or rather, two): THOSE. LEGS. 😍

We knew Carrie took exercising seriously (please see her fitness clothing line CALIA by Carrie Underwood for further proof), but nearly a year after falling and injuring her face, the "Cry Pretty" singer is looking stronger and healthier than ever. That's thanks in part to her trainer, Erin Oprea.

"I've been working with Carrie for just over 10 years," Oprea, a former Marine who has also trained Kacey Musgraves, Maren Morris, Kelsea Ballerini, Carly Pearce, and more, tells CountryLiving.com. "All my clients become great friends of mine and I'm always proud of every one of them. The majority of my clients who come to me want to be fit, healthy, and strong."

The good news is that anyone can get gams like Carrie's. Sure, she may have a trainer and a reported net worth of $85 million, but she's still a busy working mom with the same number of hours in a day as everyone else.

"Celebrities still have to do the work. Money does not make you fit."

"Celebrities still have to do the work and control what they put in their mouths. Whether they have the money or not, the discipline has to be there. Money does not make you fit."

Oprea is "all about balancing the workout making sure to work the whole body"—though Carrie's muscular calves and thighs are certainly showstoppers. Want pretty, toned legs like Carrie? Oprea walked us through a few moves.

"I tend to work on my clients' legs two times a week," Oprea explains, adding that she's consistently changing things up to keep it challenging. "Carrie's dedication and commitment get her through it—plus awesome music!"

Erin Oprea's Top Tips for Beginners

1. Walk. "Walk, add in lunges and squats. You don't have to be at the gym, you can be folding laundry, just do it."

2. Don't be afraid of weights. "Remember, weights make pretty muscles. People say all the time that they are afraid that they will look like a body builder if they train with weights. That's like being afraid that driving your car to work every day will accidentally make you a NASCAR driver."

3. Turn to a pro. "Perfect form is the key. Hire a trainer for a day to show you to make sure your form is correct."

4. Stick with it! "I say that the world is my gym and that, if you really want to be fit and healthy, you have to be committed to it. That's the biggest cost—your commitment. You can walk 10,000 steps a day for the cost of a good pair of shoes. Eating clean can be expensive, but it doesn't have to be. You just have to plan your meals and make good choices."
