Parts Unknown, Anthony Bourdain's CNN series, has been nominated for six Emmy Awards.

The late chef, who passed away just one month ago, was in France filming an episode of the show at the time of his death. Parts Unknown is a travel docuseries that followed Anthony as he journeyed to destinations worldwide and sampled local cuisines.

Per People, the categories the show has been nominated for include: Outstanding Cinematography for a Nonfiction Program, Outstanding Picture Editing for a Nonfiction Program, Outstanding Informational Series Or Special, Outstanding Sound Editing for a Nonfiction Program, Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Nonfiction Program, and Outstanding Writing for a Nonfiction Program.

Anthony's travel site, Explore Parts Unknown, also received a nomination — Outstanding Short Form Nonfiction or Reality Series.

In its eleven seasons, Parts Unknown has been nominated for 31 Emmy Awards, and has won five times, per People. The show won four times for Outstanding Informational Series or Special, and once in 2013 for Outstanding Cinematography for Nonfiction Programming. This year, Parts Unknown is nominated for those awards again.

Although the award show doesn't air for a few more months, you can watch eight seasons of Parts Unknown on Netflix. The streaming service decided to keep the series past its original expiration date, after fans petitioned to extend the show's run.

Tune in to the 70th Emmy Awards on Monday, September 17 to see if Parts Unknown is honored with a sixth (or more) Emmy.
