Applebee's just gets us. They're known to run specials on various cocktails for $1 (Long Island Iced Tea, anyone)? And now, the restaurant chain has graced us with a deal that will have your inner child s-c-r-e-a-m-i-n-g — all-you-can-eat chicken tenders.
For $12.99, you can get unlimited chicken tenders with a side of signature coleslaw, and more importantly, BOTTOMLESS classic fries when you dine-in at participating locations. Once you've finished your first round of tenders, you can either go for round two (and then round 3, 4, and 5), or you can switch it up with all-you-can-eat riblets. You can eat all the chicken tenders and riblets your heart desires, in whatever order you choose! What a time to be alive.
For the riblets, you can choose either Honey BBQ or Spicy Texas BBQ sauce. The chicken tenders are served with Honey Dijon mustard for dipping. Applebee's offered the same deal in January, per People. This time around, the restaurant wants to know if customers are #TeamTenders or #TeamRiblets. Applebee's has teamed with Chris Long and Kyle Long, professional football players and brothers, to build the respective "teams."
Chris, leading #TeamTenders, and Kyle on #TeamRiblets, are "looking to build their team rosters with 20 super fans in a national sweepstakes," an Applebee's press release states. Fans who post on Twitter or Instagram to show their tender or riblet allegiance with the hashtags #TeamRiblets or #TeamTenders and #Sweeps or #Sweepstakes will have the chance to be "drafted" to the teams. The sweepstakes began July 9, and runs until July 31.
Twenty winners will receive a VIP Team Card, aka a YEAR'S WORTH of free Riblets or chicken tenders. The winners will also get "gear to represent their squad."
