"Healthier" ice cream is totally having a moment. Brands continue to dish out low-calorie, high-protein ice creams that make for a not-as-guilty sweet treat. Naturally, Target has joined the healthy ice cream ranks with its Archer Farms line of reduced fat flavors. Per Target, the six flavors range from 330-380 calories per pint, with 20-22 grams of protein in each.

Okay, so the calorie count is a teeny bit high in terms of Archer Farms' competitors, but it seems that the flavors make up for it. You can choose from six: Caramel Maple Bourbon Pecan, Cookie Dough, Chocolate Pecan Pie, Mini Donut, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Mint Cookies & Cream. The description on the Chocolate Pecan Pie flavor reads: "Chocolate reduced fat ice cream with crunchy praline pecan and pie crust pieces." I'm not drooling, you're drooling.

The pints are $4, which means that's four more dollars I don't need to spend, but inevitably will at Tar-jay.
