Back in the day, the coolest candy picks were always Fruit Roll-Ups, Gushers and of course, Airheads. The candy store on the corner was always STOCKED and the mystery flavor was always the first to go. Was it watermelon? Cherry? We may never know, but the best part was guessing. Now, Airhead is making us real nostalgic by rolling out White Mystery flavored push tubes.
Food blogger The Junk Food Mom reported the new frozen treat on shelves at 7-11.
"This is just the kind of icy treat I love — creamy and smooth," they captioned. I don’t think there’s an answer to what the mystery flavor is but mine tasted a lot like pineapple. 🍍"
We can picture ourselves this summer kicked back on the beach with a cooler bag filled with these new push pops. Maybe we'll even consider soaking them in alcohol. Of course, we'll be eating the tubes to cool down and feel refreshed, but we'll also just be out there trying to figure out the flavor all over again.
