There’s nothing greater than a hot, cheesy slice of pizza. When that sweet sauce touches your lips, you can’t help but go absolutely insane. Our love for the stuff is so pure, we've pizza-fied almost everything under the sun (pizza meatloaf, pizza chicken, pizza waffles, pizza hot dogs ... you get the gist).

The world has a fetish for the stuff. That’s why media company Nameless Network is launching the world's first-ever immersive paradise for 'za lovers — and it's popping up this October.

The Museum of Pizza a.k.a MoPi, is slated to open in New York City at an un-disclosed location. Will there be pizza provided? Um, duh. A slice is included in the $35 admission, and you'll probably leave with enough Instagram selfies to archive for all of eternity. Expect a pizza cave, pizza art gallery, and a pizza beach among other immersive installations. The museum's official website deems all of them "marvelously grammable."

Founder Kareem Rahma and his team gave AM NY some insight on how they came up with the pizza wonderland. “It started with this idea of pizza fetish," said Rahma. (That explains all of the sexy promotional images.) "We’re looking at … the reasons why everyone from the working class to the internet media cool kids and Twitter people love pizza so much. It’s less about eating it and more about thinking about it and fetishizing it.”

Rahma also told AM NY the pies in his pictures were from Two Boots, Williamsburg Pizza and Fornino — all popular pizza joints in New York.

The pop-up is coming to town October 13th to the 28th, and if tickets go as quickly as they did for the Museum of Ice Cream, you'll want to take advantage of the presale passes ASAP.
