IHOP just launched a new Creations menu, and it's taking breakfast sandwiches to a sweet new level. Of the six new entrees, there are two we're especially excited to get our hands on: the Signature Pancake Sliders and the Ultimate Waffle Stack. Both sound like something dreamed up by a drunk college student, but unlike cheesy pop-tarts, they actually sound good.
Pancake Sliders use silver dollar pancakes as the bread for a breakfast sandwich stuffed with a scrambled egg omelette, turkey sausage, bacon, American cheese, and a sweet maple glaze. The Waffle Stack is pretty similar, except it goes hard on the bacon. There are six slices between the Belgian waffle triangles, as well as two eggs, white cheddar, and the same sweet maple glaze.
The Create Your Own Melt is a little less rich of an option, with a classic breakfast sandwich between two slices of sourdough. Along with eggs and cheese, you can choose between ham, bacon, shredded corn beef, or poblano peppers and onions.
Other new Creations menu items include Homestyle Corned Beef Hash, Buttermilk Biscuit and Gravy, and a Southwest Scramble, all of which are available in restaurants now. If you head to IHOP soon, you can also try their new internationally-inspired stacks, created in honor of the breakfast joint's 60th anniversary.
