Why even make boring blondies when you can make birthday cake blondies with a heavy hand of sprinkles, drizzled with melted white chocolate? These bars are moist, chewy and full of comforting vanilla and chocolatey goodness—a basic blondie on crack.
Giving this classic bar the birthday cake treatment is easy: In a bowl, blend together butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract, a baking essential that boosts flavor and rounds out the sweetness—in other words, it's what separates a meh dessert from one that hits the spot.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Then combine both mixtures, adding in white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
Coat a baking pan with butter and flour, and pour in the batter.
Press that dough evenly into the pan with a spatula, then top it off with more sprinkles.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Before serving, drizzle the bars with melted white chocolate.
