Ingredients

Sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup
crumbled blue cheese
- 4 oz.
cream cheese, softened
- 2
Ripe pears, thinly sliced
Maple syrup, for drizzling
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place puff pastry on a large baking sheet and prick all over with a fork (leaving a 1” border).
- Step 2Bake until puffy and lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Step 3In a medium bowl, mix together blue cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Spread mixture over warm puff pastry.
- Step 4Scatter with pears and bake until cheese is melty and pastry is deeply golden, 20 minutes.
- Step 5Drizzle with maple syrup and cut into squares.
