Ingredients

  • 1

    Sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 cup

    crumbled blue cheese

  • 4 oz.

    cream cheese, softened

  • 2

    Ripe pears, thinly sliced

  • Maple syrup, for drizzling

Directions

    1. Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place puff pastry on a large baking sheet and prick all over with a fork (leaving a 1” border).
    2. Step 2Bake until puffy and lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
    3. Step 3In a medium bowl, mix together blue cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Spread mixture over warm puff pastry.
    4. Step 4Scatter with pears and bake until cheese is melty and pastry is deeply golden, 20 minutes.
    5. Step 5Drizzle with maple syrup and cut into squares.
