Frozen margaritas are a summer cocktail staple, but when you turn them into shot form, you've got something really special. All you need is tequila, lime juice, agave (or sugar), and ice to blend up your margarita shots, then you can creative with your fruity flavors and additions. Add the salt rim, and get ready to cheers to the best night possible.
Use your favorite silver tequila in these margaritas, or check out Delish's favorite tequila brands if you need some inspo. We topped out shots with chopped strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, and blackberries, but you can get totally creative here with your favorite fruits and additions. We put these slushies in adorable mini marg glasses, but you can add them to any shot glasses (or mini mason jars) you have on hand.

Ingredients
- 6 oz.
silver tequila
Juice of 3 limes (1 rind reserved to rim glass)
- 2 Tbsp.
agave or granulated sugar
- 1 cup
ice
Coarse or margarita salt, for rimming glasses
Chopped strawberries, pineapple, blackberries, and raspberries, for shots
Directions
- Step 1In a blender, combine tequila, lime juice, agave or sugar, and ice and blend until slushy.
- Step 2Rim four shot glasses with a juiced lime and dip in salt.
- Step 3Fill shot glasses with chopped fruit and margarita mixture.
