Supplies
-bottle capper
-bottle caps
-clean, empty 12-ounce bottles (feel free to reuse beer or soda bottles, just run them through the dishwasher first)

County Club Bottled Cocktails

Directions
1. Mix up a big batch of your chosen cocktail. At County Club, they recently served a Manhattan made with Johnny Drumm 101 bourbon, Vya sweet vermouth, Regans' orange bitters, Angostura bitters, and smoked candied orange peel.

2. Pour the drink into bottles (use a funnel to make things easier), leaving a little room at the top.

3. Place a bottle cap on each bottle, then seal using the bottle capper.

4. Chill and serve!
