If you’re following a certain diet or trying to eat healthier, the Super Bowl (LIX is this February 9, 2025) can instill some serious FOMO. But fear not! Especially since the Super Bowl is as much about watching football (and the halftime show!) as it is about all the fun game day foods, we don't believe you should skip out on any of the dips, nachos, or chicken wings. Luckily, we’ve got tons of healthier options so everyone can still indulge. Check out our list of 45 better-for-you Super Bowl snacks—they’re proof you don’t need to “fumble” your diet to have a good time on game day.

We know health looks different to different people, so we’ve included options for every diet, like keto, vegan, gluten-free, less-processed, and even low-oil. Looking for low-carb recipes? Try our keto taco cups, our pimento cheese-stuffed mini peppers, our bunless burger bites, or our keto sausage puffs. Not anti-carbs, just looking to add more veggies to your spread? Check out our air fryer loaded zucchini skins, our cowboy caviar, our crispy parmesan broccoli stem fries, and our fried Buffalo artichoke hearts. These options are also great to keep in mind for any plant-based football fans you might have in attendance, as are our chipotle vegan queso, our Buffalo tempeh “wings”, and our carrots in a blanket.

The thing to remember is it’s all about diversity and making sure you and your guests ALL feel like they’ve got something delicious to look forward to celebrating with if their team is winning (or drowning their sorrows in if their team is losing). After all, they say variety is the spice of life, and if there was ever a holiday to get extra spicy, it’s the Super Bowl. 😉
