Trim the bottom off 1 seedless watermelon (chilled) so it sits flat. Slice off the top. Using an immersion blender, carefully puree the inside of the watermelon until smooth. Stir in good quality tequila, fresh lime juice, orange-flavored liqueur, and confectioners’ sugar to taste. For a booze-free treat, stir in lemon-lime soda and frozen raspberries!

Trim the bottom off 1 small ripe pineapple so it sits flat. Slice off the top (about 1 inch from the leaves). Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the insides of the pineapple into a blender to create a large hollow cup. Pour any juices in the bottom of the pineapple into the blender. To blender, add 1/2 to 3/4 cup spiced dark rum, juice of 1 lime, and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour back into pineapple (or divide among cups). Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
