Step aside, basic birthday cake—we'll take these blondies instead. If you're looking for the cutest shareable birthday treat without all the effort, then these dessert bars are here to save the day—simply add a candle, and make a wish! These classic blondies get an upgrade with vanilla extract, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles (of course). They come together in a little over an hour, and are just as incredible to eat as they are to look at. 😉
We top these blondies with a white chocolate drizzle, but if you want to take mercy on your sweet tooth, you can leave it off. Top with even more sprinkles, and your birthday treat will be one to remember for years to come.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
- 3 cups
all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp.
kosher salt
- 1 tsp.
baking powder
- 18 Tbsp.
(2 1/4 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups
granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup
packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp.
McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3
eggs
- 2 1/4 cups
white chocolate chips, divided
- 1 cup
sprinkles, divided
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9"-x-13" baking pan with cooking spray and line with parchment. In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Step 2In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs and beat until combined.
- Step 3Add flour mixture to butter mixture in batches and beat until just combined. Fold in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and 3/4 cup sprinkles.
- Step 4Transfer the batter to the pan, and top with 1/4 cup chocolate chips and remaining 1/4 cup sprinkles.
- Step 5Bake until edges are golden, 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
- Step 6Melt remaining 1/2 cup white chocolate in microwave in 15-second intervals until smooth, then drizzle over blondies.
