As if pancakes and French toast weren't already sweet enough, IHOP is turning the beloved breakfasts into bakery items. With new, limited-edition offerings, the renowned flapjack chain is adding cupcake pancakes and cinnamon bun French toast to its docket.
Available at IHOP restaurants now through June 5, the most exciting of the bunch are the new cupcake pancakes, which are loaded with sweet rainbow sprinkles—just like your favorite Funfetti dessert. Then there's a layer of vanilla cupcake icing and plenty of whipped cream. Because you can never have enough whipped cream, am I right?
The rest of the Bakery Favorites line includes new red velvet crepes, made with rich chocolate batter, filled with cream cheese icing, and topped with whipped cream. There's also cinnamon-bun–inspired brioche french toast slices, which are slathered with sweet cinnamon roll filling and cream cheese icing.
