Welcome to the newest installment of "What The Hell Did You Do To That Pickle?!" Today we take a page out of the Chinese-American cookbook and stick that sucker in an egg roll wrapper! After we saw this gloriously golden shallow-fried pickle from blogger Host The Toast, we knew we had to give it a shot. Still with us? Yeah, me either. Or so I thought.

Turns out pretty much anything is delicious if you throw it in an egg roll wrapper and fry it. I'd probably eat my own foot if it was fried until golden! Luckily there are plenty of other things in this world to fry, so my size sevens are safe.

These pickles go way beyond your average fried pickle. That's because these pickles are stuffed with the Delish holy trinity: cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon. You can deny their allure all you want, but at the end of the day, nothing beats that creamy, smoky, salty combination.

After you've stuffed your pickles (pause for laughter) simply fold them in your egg roll wrappers and seal with water. You know, the same way you did with Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and Pumpkin Pie Egg Rolls! Gee, you must be getting good at that! Fry until golden, dip in Ranch, and pat yourself on the back for a job well done.
