Summer means a lot of things to a lot of people: vacation, bikinis, sunburns, and peaches. But here at Delish, we care mostly about s'mores. 'Tis the season for gooey mallow and melty chocolate.

When we say s'mores, we don't just mean the graham sandwich you make around a bonfire. We've reinvented the campfire trifecta too many times to count. And we're not close being done. Proof that toasted marshmallows never get old: these boozy s'mores floats.

With vanilla ice cream, chocolate milk, Bailey's, mallows, crushed graham crackers and chocolate syrup, it would impossible for them not to be amazing. We're talking about boozy chocolate milk with ice cream. It's a deconstructed milkshake at it's absolute finest.

To toast the marshmallows, you have a few options. The best way to get them golden is over a legit bonfire. It's the most fun and the most delicious, but it's not necessary. A regular gas burner in the kitchen works perfectly too (if you're careful). But if you're serving the floats to guests and want to toast a big batch all at once, put the marshmallows on a baking sheet and broil them for a couple minutes. In all three scenarios, you end up with a decadent dessert everyone will freak over.
