NEED A SKILLET?: Lodge Cast-Iron Skillet, $17; amazon.com.

If you're going camping this summer, we've got news for you: S'mores is not the only dessert you can make. Turns out, baking something over a campfire is not as complicated as it might seem. Hasn't our love for the cast-iron skillet taught y'all anything?! We recently tried our hand at a campfire cobbler and were OBSESSED with the results.

We not only fell in love because cobblers are stupid-easy — seriously, you toss some fruit in sugar and cornstarch and put it in a skillet — but also because the two-ingredient topping takes zero effort. Since you'll obviously be camping (err, glamping) in the great outdoors while you're making this, you need to be able to whip up a topping in a Ziploc bag. So we opted for good ol' Bisquick. You can mix together Bisquick and milk and top it all over the fruit.

The type of fruit you can use use in a cobbler is whatever your heart desires. I went for a total combo: peaches, strawberries, raspberries (gotta have that tang), and blueberries. I added just 1/4 cup of sugar, but you can add more or less depending on how sweet your fruit is. (The beauty of a cobbler is that you don't need much to sweeten it.) Once it's in your skillet, let it cook over a campfire while you, ya know, go for a hike or build a tent.
