In case you didn't catch on to it, "zoodles" are noodles made out of zucchini — and nope, you don't actually need a spiralizer to make them. A mandoline with large cheese grater holes, or a boxed cheese grater, or even a regular old vegetable peeler works just as well. Just grate or peel your "noodles," and in a few minutes, you've got a lighter alternative to pasta (and, in our opinion, a tastier alternative to a bowl of salad).

Start out by cooking the veggies for the dish. Over medium heat, cook a yellow bell pepper in olive oil until slightly softened. Stir in asparagus and snap peas and cook until bright green and tender. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the shrimp is firm and pink. Add a full jar of RAGÚ Chunky Tomato, Garlic & Onion Sauce and let it all come to a simmer, then toss in your zucchini noodles and cook until al dente. Garnish with Parmesan and basil.
