The classic caprese salad has so many tasty things going for it—balls of fresh mozz, the bright touch of basil—as far as easy, simple side dishes go, it's one of our faves. But add a hearty pesto dressing and fluffy noodles to the mix, and you've got a perfectly decent standalone meal.

Cook No Yolks Extra Broad Noodles according to package directions. Make the pesto by toasting walnuts over medium heat until golden, swirling pan constantly. In a blender, toss in fresh basil and olive oil. Blend until combined, then add the walnuts, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pulse the pesto until it's completely incorporated.
