Reese's and cheesecake go together weirdly well. It might be the salty peanut butter mixed with a slightly sweet, kinda tangy cheesecake. Or the match of creamy, rich textures. Or the chocolate. Whatever the reason, these cheesecake bars are a peanut butter lover's dream.
Even down to the crust: a buttery blend of crushed Nutter Butters make up the base. Then comes a layer of whole Reese's PB cups, a peanut butter cheesecake filling, and more Nutter Butters and Reese's Pieces (for good measure).
The cheesecake filling is heavenly, but it's when you get the perfect bite with the chocolate PB cup that you'll really understand why these are so damn good. If you want to make these even more extreme, drizzle with melted chocolate once you're ready to serve. PB bliss fo real, yo.
