Throwing chicken on the grill is basically what I would do every night of the week during the summer if I had a barbecue (sad story of the life of a New Yorker = no outdoor space). It's just so damn easy—unless you run out of good ideas. Fortunately one upside of working at Delish is that we're always drumming up new ideas. Current obsession: Greek everything.
I was inspired to make these kebabs after my coworker Lauren slayed Greek nachos (try them immediately). And even though you make kebabs, you can turn them into pita bread tacos topped with feta, dill, and some reserved marinade. They're flavor-packed, perfectly tangy, and will make you feel like you're on a sunny Greek island. All for the price of a few ingredients? Count me in.
