The crab cake is the ultimate summer seaside snack. And if you can't get to a beach, you can def hit up Red Lobster, where crab cakes sell like ... well ... hot cakes. These burgers are basically a giant crab cake; the patties are stuffed with your basic burger stuff—breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, egg—only with lump crabmeat and chives.

But these are all about the Old Bay sauce. If you're currently buying tartar sauce, you need to make your own. It's so simple! Mayo, relish, lemon juice—done. I added a ton of Old Bay, and you'll want to be slathering it errthing all summer TBH.
