If you're obsessed with drinking every cocktail in frozen form during the summer, join the club. At Delish, we cool down with slushies: mimosa slushies—we did mango-pineapple here, but I've been experimenting (read: chugging) with watermelon-lime, too—piña slushies, and sangria slushies. What we're learning here: Every cocktail can be made better by getting blended with some ice.

Our new favorite thing to drink: wine slushies. Pretty self-explanatory, but here's how they work. You pick a frozen fruit of choice (or fresh and add ice). I went with strawberries and peaches, inspired by blogger Natalie of A Turtle's Life for Me. You blend both separately with white wine. I can't think of a variety that doesn't work, but your best bets are prob pinot grigio, chardonnay, or riesling. Then you blend.

The layering trick is totally unnecessary for sipping purposes, but mandatory for presentation. Blogger Natalie had the GENIUS trick of layering in a loaf pan: Grab one that's wide enough for your glasses to lean. Pour in your first fruity slush, then add the second layer. The result isn't a perfect layer, but has a cool artsy vibe that will make you super proud. Get your drank on.
