We took inspiration from past crave-worthy dishes like Caprese Stuffed ChickenKale and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Thighs, and our Cookie Dough Stuffed French Toast (just kidding, but hey, I would eat it for dinner).

For this killer Cajun version, we used a mixture of probably-already-in-your-pantry items like peppers, onions, and of course, cheddar. And with the savory Cajun rub on the outside, you'll be transported to the land of beignets, po boys and gumbo. The best part? It all comes together in around 30-minutes. As one of our favorite New Orleans-based chefs likes to say, BAM!
