If you're obsessed with pizza, you try to devour it in every way possible for every meal possible. But breakfast might be the one meal of the day where you're not currently devouring cheese and pepperoni. WHAT IS WRONG WITH Y'ALL? Well, I have developed an egg recipe that is so insanely delicious for the pizza- and Italian-lovin' crowd, that you might even prefer it to a regular slice.

Cheesy Italian eggs are cooked in tomato sauce (seasoned with oregano), onions, and garlic. All you do is make nests for the eggs and crack them in, then let them cook just until the whites are set. You want to make sure to not overcook your yolks here because you're going to dig in with a crusty loaf of bread and you want that runny yumminess.

You can top these eggs any way you want to. I went classic Italiano by topping with mozzarella, crispy mini pepperoni, and fresh basil, but you can absolutely use mushrooms, peppers, pesto, or olives—think of your favorite pizza toppings.

Cooking pepperoni in a skillet should be a takeaway here. It gets amazingly crispy—don't skip that step!
