Ingredients
- 1 bag white chocolate chips (about 10 oz.)
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 jar red sprinkles
- 1 jar white or clear sprinkles
Directions
- Step 1Set aside 1/4 c. white chocolate chips. Pour the rest into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chips have melted entirely (about 1 to 2 minutes).
- Step 2Pour the red sprinkles in one bowl, and the white ones in another.
- Step 3Dip each Oreo about 1/3 of the way into the white chocolate, pausing to let any excess white chocolate drip off, then dip it into the red sprinkles, coating the chocolate entirely. Hold for about 10 seconds, then rotate the Oreo so the red sprinkle-coated end is pointed toward the sky, and dip the naked half of the Oreo into the white chocolate, dipping it only about 1/3 of the way in (so there’s an undipped stripe across the Oreo, mimicking the stripe on a Pokeball). Dunk the freshly dipped Oreo bottom in the white/clear sprinkles, coating that portion entirely. Place Oreo on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Repeat with remaining Oreos.
- Step 4Dab a little melted white chocolate onto a white chocolate chip. Place the chocolate chip on the undipped center of each “pokeball Oreo,” creating the “button” in the center of the ball. Repeat with each cookie.
- Step 5Let sit—or chill in the fridge—for 15 minutes.
