You don't need an ice cream maker to make amazing homemade ice cream. The proof: cookies 'n' cream no-churn. It's loaded with crushed Oreos, fudge sauce, and caramel, and it takes less than 15 minutes to whip together.

Ingredients
- 3 cups
heavy cream
- 1
14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- cup
crushed Oreos (about 30 Oreos), plus more for topping
- 1/4 cup
caramel, plus more for topping
- 1/4 cup
chocolate sauce, plus more for topping
Directions
- Step 1In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream until stiff peaks form.
- Step 2Fold in sweetened condensed milk and Oreos until fully combined, then drizzle in caramel and chocolate sauce and stir gently until just combined.
- Step 3Transfer to a 9"-x-5” loaf pan and top with more Oreos. Drizzle with caramel and more chocolate sauce and freeze until firm, at least 5 hours.
- Step 4Let soften 10 minutes before serving.
